We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below for returns and refunds on Kurta, Kurti Set, Suit Set, Anarkali Suit, and Palazzo Set products.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Products with stains, perfume, damage, or signs of use will not be accepted.
• Items purchased on sale or with discounts may be non-returnable (if specified at purchase).

2. Return Process

• Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
• Customers may be required to self-ship the product if reverse pickup is unavailable.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• After verification, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

6. Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
